WHAT LEVEL ARE YOU AT?

When learning any fine skills (such as those in the art of truly connecting)... I have often ~ quite anxiously and eagerly ~ pondered these 3 questions:

Where I am at, exactly?
What's my skill level?
What's the next step?

If you are unclear about any of these AND wanting to KNOW... I've got a very quick way for you to get answers.

Check out the 7 Levels of Learning which I've identified ~ after teaching hundreds of people the skills needed to do PLAYBACK THEATRE on their own ~ below and see where you belong.

The 7 LEVELS of LEARNING

PLAYBACK THEATRE

LEVEL 1: FINDING the PATH...
You've never seen Playback but have heard about it. You're either here by "coincidence" or because you've been drawn for a while to some kind of dynamic social and powerful way to experience the art of truly connecting.

WE RECOMMEND:Visit WHO IS IT FOR? and WHAT IS PLAYBACK?

LEVEL 2: ADMIRING with AWE...
You've seen a show and are inspired by what looks like magic unfolding. You've been touched at the heart level and are a fan of this powerful process, telling folks you care for all about it.
WE RECOMMEND: Join our Inspired Playback Fanpage to be part of our community and get inspiring videos, pics, quotes, and links to quench your thirst to see more. And if you want more, keep reading.

LEVEL 3: WATCHING ATTENTIVELY...

You've been dipping your toes into the water, quenching a desire to get it more by coming to lab or two and studying our shows. You are starting to notice the codes and cues we use in Playback and to understand some of the mechanics of how the forms work.
WE RECOMMEND: You keep coming to Learning Labs and just picking it up... or... If you want to learn more quickly and know more, read about the next few levels.

LEVEL 4: STEPPING UP...

You've been brave and bold enough to come to labs and put yourself into the awkward and exciting space of trying to listen more deeply and playback others!

WE RECOMMEND: If you like the pace, then to keep coming to Learning Labs. But, if you want to learn more, and accelerate your skill development, then keep reading...

LEVEL 5: STARTING TO GET IT...

You've been consistent in coming and learning. You have a passion for this work that is only growing. You're also getting the forms and finding out your own unique quirks and preferences. Also, a hint of your style as an actor is emerging...
WE RECOMMEND: Time to either pick up the Inspired P.T. Handbook, get some free video resources online here and keep coming to labs. YET, If you want to get more serious and competent in the forms and even perform, I suggest you check out the CORE TRAINING.You can sign up for the first two months' module on Competence or stick around and go further over 7 months for the total training package.

LEVEL 6: FINDING CONFIDENCE...

You've cut your teeth and been around long enough to have paid some dues. You've felt the rush of performing many touching stories and the profound impact it has had on tellers who validate to you the skills you have and the gift you've given them.

WE RECOMMEND that you keep playing with us! Consider expanding your skills (like conducting), deepening your confidence, and/or developing mastery by joining a part or all of the CORE TRAINING.  AND, consider TEACHING an intro lab.

LEVEL 7: DEVELOPING MASTERY...

You've done shows, plenty of labs and are teaching with us or elsewhere. You have confidence and know full well where your strengths and weaknesses lie. You want to keep playing with an advancing group and deepening your faculties to listen profoundly, express precisely, and truly connect ~ while mastering specific areas of skill you are already good at.
WE RECOMMEND that you keep playing with us! Consider expanding your skills (like conducting), deepening your confidence, and/or developing mastery by joining a part or all of the CORE TRAINING.  Consider TEACHING more labs. AND...
